I love my hot tub that I bought from Ocean Spray. Meredith went out of her way to come to our house to measure and advise on the best spots in our yard for the hot tub. Mitch patiently reviewed with me the ins and outs of maintenance after the hot tub was delivered and made sure it was properly operating. The team is always friendly on the phone (and even quickly responsive by text) whenever I have a question about the chemicals or how to operate a feature. We go in the hot tub just about every day. It’s done wonders for our backs and it’s a great spot to just decompress after a hard day.
