Customer for 25 years!

I spent a lot of time looking for a quality hot tub that would last and made a great decision. I invested in a Hot Springs “High Life” 6 person ... hot tub from Ocean Spray. Well folks, it was delivered and installed October 26th 1996- you got it-over 25 years ago!! It has been well used year round outdoors. In that time, 3 service calls-nothing major. Last call was in Dec. 2020 – 6 hours before the cold when I checked temperature and noticed the temperature went down. I spoke to “patient” Joe who told me what the problem was after I did a few tests myself. He turned me over to Miranda who made sure I really needed the servicing and within 2 hours they sent their tech Tom. In an hour, hot tub fixed and cost was extremely fair. It became almost a reunion since Joe and Tom are the same people I dealt with 24 years ago. Without a doubt, the best investment I have ever made was dealing with a great company who provide the best quality hot tubs and professional service in the industry!! It’s done Wonders for our Backs

I love my hot tub that I bought from Ocean Spray. Meredith went out of her way to come to our house to measure and advise on the best spots ... in our yard for the hot tub. Mitch patiently reviewed with me the ins and outs of maintenance after the hot tub was delivered and made sure it was properly operating. The team is always friendly on the phone (and even quickly responsive by text) whenever I have a question about the chemicals or how to operate a feature. We go in the hot tub just about every day. Living My Best Life!

I’ve had my hot tub almost a month and I’m in heaven! I purchased the 3 person because I’m single. I use it 4-5 times a week and have hosted ... a few hot tub Wednesday’s with close friends. My friends love it too. We haven’t been to the pool since it arrived. The guys who set it up were very good and my salesman, Ryan, was fantastic. I‘m just getting into cleaning, but it seems pretty straightforward using the frog app. I paid an electrician to wire it for the full power and it stays at 100 degrees. Loved the smaller size for just me. The jets are powerful and in all the right places. The design is beautiful, modern and efficient.
