Why would a hot tub owner choose the Connextion system?
For the spa owner, the Connextion system provides convenient remote access to specific spa functions. Via a PC or the Connextion App on a smart mobile device, the spa owner can remotely adjust spa water temperature, adjust ACE settings and receive reminders to check their ACE system, set the Summer Timer, and activate the Spa Lock function – just to name a few. The spa owner can also receive the more technical spa alerts if they desire; however, they have the option of working with our service department, to determine the level of involvement they want to have. Some spa owners may want to be fully engaged; others may want minimal involvement.Based on the spa owner’s input, the Connextion system alert notification is set accordingly. If the owner leaves their spa unattended at their primary residence for long periods of time, or if the spa is at a second home/vacation home, our sevice department can identify and address the issue even without spa owner involvement.
